Love this, Linda! Since I have been exercising hard, I feel so much stronger in my "inner core" and it emanates inside out... it's also like the scriptures which talk about the Holy Spirit being as "streams of living water which flow from the coilus". This is a perfect little thermal spring of a write, thank you! LOL Kate xx

Oh yes Linda, I couldn't agree more. My new found joy will bubble eternally, while my middle effervescence will flow from my hidden springs of feminnine vitality. Only the love and respect we have for each other can bring these feelings out. Thnx for sharing sis.
