It was a pleasure to work in collaboration on yet another poem with Dale Clark. Thank you, Dale...

Morning...Spring Dawns

The morning dawns
before the sun arises
The clouds weep for joy,
sprinkling dew upon the green gardens
amidst the flowers bloom
Beauty awakens the sun
to a smile of life

Clothed with the sun,
her petals open into vitreous cups of light

Luminescent praise

glows on the dew-kissed lips
of her budded garden
Verdant leaves tremble
in tear stained wonder

This spring awakening warmth
has awakened old man winter
He has slumbered in his praise
of snowy white tipped mountain range
He blew one in to remind us so
and the garden shivers ever so slightly,
awaiting the dawning of the spring

The snow glistens on the ridge
Old man winks in symphathy in new day sun,
holds his breath to say, "wait"
then whistles down the canyons
and blows a warning through the valley
Nature dances to the tune
Soon the creeks will rise to the occasion

April rains will help
awaken frightened buds to open
The warmth will be reborn
when the snow melts
and the resevoirs are full
Once again our hearts will soar
We shall await the mornings...

Springs dawn

We should allways be thankful for the morning for it is our awakening
from the pain and the disappointment that has gone before
and our chance to create anew Day. Excellent Pierre.

An exceptionally fine and touching collaboration Dale and Linda, that awakens the joys of spring, and the life giving rays of the morning sun, rising in the East...
Having worked on collaborations in the past, I recognise the professdional and seamless weaving and blending of your words...:)
Kudos to both of you
