I Say It Is All True

Can we say that it is true ,
The feelings that make us blue,
Are only wisps of the air,
And that this day is really fair?

Can we say that it is true ,
That love is a colorful hue,
Which makes glad the soul,
And two people become whole?

Can we say that it is true ,
That life is like an old shoe,
To live and be worn,
Even if the soul is torn?

Can we say that it is true ,
That all the strife we do shoo
Away in the cold of the night,
That we have an inner sight,
To behold God's wonderful light?

Can we say that it is true ,
The feelings that make us blue,
Are only wisps of the air,
And that this day is really fair?

I say it is all true .
