I think even though this would be a Christmas carol, it is still timely because of the season. Read to the tune of Winter Wonderland

Michigan's Winter Wonderland
by Barbara Lynn Terry

Snowmobiles race
in the lane
snow is glistening
can you pace
and be happy tonight
gliding in a winter wonderland.

Gone away is the green grass
here to stay is the new mass
falling down light
the snow that just might keep
us gliding in a winter wonderland.

In the meadow we can see them race
and pretend we are at the Indy
we can cheer them on a ways
even though it is windy
cheering in a winter wonderland.

Isn't it thrilling
in the air that is chilling
as we frolic and play
in the show of the day
playing in a winter wonderland.

Playing in a winter wonderland
Playing in a winter wonder land.

Don't know about that, have a brother up there and he tells me blizzards are pretty tough. But I like that winter promenado of yours better!
