I think that we can all relate to this in some way.
Look What They've Done To My Life, Ma by Barbara Lynn Terry Read to the tune of Look What They've Done To My Song, Ma by the New Seekers Look what they did to my life, ma, look what they did to my life. Well it was the only thing I could do that's right and it is turning out all wrong, ma, look what they did to my life. I wish I could live in a good book, ma, I wish I could live in a good book well if I could cook from a good book, ma, I'd never have to worry at what they've done to my life. I'm so sad that I couldn't make you see, ma, I'm so sad I couldn't make you see well they took my brain and it's all mush now look what they've done to my brain. (French lyrics omitted) Look what they've done to my life, ma look what they've done to my life well they tied it up and threw it out, ma they tied it up and threw it out, ma look what they've done to my life. It was the only thing I could do that's right and it is turning out all wrong, ma look what they've done to my life, ma look what they've done to my life.
