Happy Mothers Day

A mothers love is something
that no one can explain
It's made of deep devotion,
of sacrifice and pain

It's endless and unselfish
enduring come what may
For nothing can destroy it
or take that love away

It's patient and forgiving
when all others are forsaking
And it never faulters
even when her heart is breaking

It believes beyond believing
when the world around condems
And it glows with all it's beauty
of the rarest, brightest gems

Its far beyond defining
it defies all explanation
And still reamins a secret
like the mysteries of creation

A many splendid miracle
man can not understand
And another wonderous evidence
of Gods tender loving hand
