I wrote this poem for my youngest son's wedding invitations.
My love, my companion, the time has come to live as one, time is of the essence. The unity of marriage is where we are bound, I've grown accustomed to your presence. I'm smothered by your charm. Your kiss intoxicates my soul, the sparkle in your eyes eases my heart and mind.
Reach out and give me your hand, accept this band of gold, a token of my love.
Together, you and I shall endure the test-of-time. Love weathers the storms.
