The misinformed get on my nerves.
Intolerance makes me mad.
You say that you are a Christian,
I am too, why can't we just be glad?
At a loss and feeling sad, the
stone chuckers are still at it.
Judging them now, am I tossing
intolerance from my self made pit?
Reading my Bible from
cover to cover with many
translations. Deep in
the Greek and Latin too.
So many books left out (why?)
and I search them for that
obvious clue.
Numerous found, most
hidden from the multitude.
God gave me faith and a brain
to use freely, how about you?
Swallowed lies choke me now.
The intolerable untruths.
Spitting them out, gagging
on hate stuck in my throat.
I'll Worship in honesty
giving God the proper due.
God gives life to each of us, and each of us holds the value that He gives us, no one is better than the others. We are all of God's children. People who judge others have an opinion of themselves that they are no better than others, and have to be constantly comparing themselves with others. We are all equally loved in the eyes of God. Some may be lesser children, but they are no lesser in the eyes of God. It's not for us to judge the worthiness of another.
I have a friend who's constantly judging one of her relatives, and thinks that everyone SHOULD KNOW her problems, but in fact I don't. Who am I to make a judgment of who's right and who's wrong in between them? It's up to their own conscience. I did a terrible thing which I shouldn't have and I know I will regret it for as long as I live, for I have gotten mad at this friend for wanting to judge her relative and linking me each time to her problems and thought I should understand and know what goes on between her and her relative when in fact I haven't a clue of who it is that has set her mind to being so unrest. I hope if she reads this, know that I greatly am sorry for getting mad at her, and like I said there is really no place in her world for me to make judgment on either her or her relative.
Wow! This is great! If most Christians would study history along with scripture, they would find their faith becomes more real. If they read about the terrible mistakes the church has made in the past, the church might find a better way. How can Christians believe in war if Jesus says we are to LOVE our enemies? Of course, we ALL experience our faith through the colored glasses we've been born with. Janet, you did good! Thank you!

Yes, I suppose Jesus was a member of Mensa, high intelligence quotient. Why o why then today's fake Christians populate the uneducated roster...when the Christians stole the ideas from the Pagans, the intelligence of the gene pool of Denominations sank like a greasy dumpling...and now the Internet has to be deluged with their proselytizing propaganda that changes and pollutes the bible story. How many versions of lies do we need in this world? Conformity is dead. Jesus has a Brain outlines a popular opinion of poetry that many will adhere to and toss out the jump-on-the-cross-wagon.
