Sage Sweetwater bringing you the Upper Tier in lesbian
Christianity

the sage was so
authentic looking, she
knew someone was going
to put her on a pony, Jesus
did,

her cowgirl hat
crossed the religious
borders, Jesus told the
angels, "give these two lesbian
women these ponies and the Duke,
send Franklin Mint proceeds from the
collection plate you take up on Sunday,
present these lesbians with the John Wayne
Official Collectors Plate - 24 karat gold-rimmed,"

Jesus Christ!
Woodstock!
Chokecherries!
Serviceberries!
Kinnikinick! load
the pipe! 7,500 feet
timberline, let's get high!
now here was one good,
authentic Montana Jesus
astride a horse, waxed mustache
and beard, well worn blue jeans with
a comb fade-out imprint in his right back
pocket, no need for a wallet, his pointy-toed
cowboy boots spurring on to one of the country's
premier trout streams, "Well, lesbians, what fly
do you recommend for the morning?" Jesus asked,

for that line,
for lesbians is
extremely difficult,
the angels said there
were some cruel remarks
about casting techniques, Jesus
laughed, said lesbians fought bees
with a broomhandle, an hour later,
Jesus said, "Don't screw with them -
lesbians -  they'll sting your ass!"  Jesus
was hooking big rainbows with the lesbians'
Bead Head Princess flies, "Some exotic bit of
fishing Christianity, Hell! The camera crew can
barely keep up!" Jesus caught his breath  -  the
rest of the day was spent, Jesus fishing with the
lesbians, TV feature about Jesus, the Lesbians,
and Robert Redford  -  Jesus got his script lines
right!

Jesus reached down
and turned the water into
wine!  "That's what we figured!"
said the lesbians, they rang the dinner
bell, the message was relayed and the
Bible was written, Sangre de Cristo
(Blood of Christ) Jesus Gave Us the Ponies...

fishing with lesbians will no doubt feed the multitude ... that is if you get your script lines right ... has all the makings of a block buster ...

Incarnation = Relevance, which Jesus was and did in bucketfulls. His whole heart and mind had nothing other than grace, goodness and the fulfillment of every potential on their agenda. His is and He IS the Word that releases the now, ponies and all! And the ride is always an exciting one, wine-fuelled! Yee-har! :)) LOL Kate xx

We always think of Jesus as being a serious minded entity with little thought about whether he laughed, told a joke, or just had a plain, old good time with guffaws to follow. He did and you made this make sense, Sage. Very good write!

George

Look Away Silence by Edward Patterson

Martin Powers wanted an ironing board for Christmas. Instead, he got . . . Matthew Kieler, a non-returnable gift, but a gift that kept on giving. A powerful tale of survival, compassion and unapologetic love in the time of AIDS.
