you trained
your voice like
Marilyn Monroe,
reaching the erotic
tones, oak groves of
higher elevations,

I offered a
protein rich
note, peanut
butter will quickly
attract the bird to the
feeder, I filled the pinecones
with the sticky delicacy, tied to a
pine tree, our routine started, an observation...

...candle in the wind
flickering, another verse
of yours, laid down, my thighs
filled with the same sticky delicacy,
leather and lace, chains linked in passion,

natural hollows,
Pussy, woodpecker
holes, what drills the
night, mistress, feel
doe, these sounds in
orgasmic cries of the wild
turkeys, you trained your voice
like Marilyn Monroe, reaching the
erotic tones, oak groves of higher
elevations, and now look at the flame;

and I call you by name, "sapsucker!"

springs begin
to flow, my water
moves through shallow
aquifer...returning to the
wilds to walk upon the wind again...

Sage this is a thing of beauty, the phrases so unique so mystic yet earthy.

This is so sensual; you have a gift of making things vividly real via your verses, Sage. Thank you for sharing your gifts. Your poems are always a lesson for me. Love and best wishes,

Auscult…upon hushed busy squirrels
As…they scurry
Foraging…the shhhh-sweetnesses…
This stillness of sweet nuts
We crush with deliberations
To form insertions of the feel…more upon
Assetions
Our… Womanly Essences…
Peanut Butter…Cones the Pine
And I offer Rasberry Preserves…
Sweetly of Pure Cane…
Voices of....
Peace, Love & Harvest…

Your words dance and invite your reader to partake of the peanut butter and pine cones, therein lies the snare. We take the bait and soon satisfied with a smile of exhaustion upon our faces and our desires a'dribble from the corners of our mmouths.
Great passion Miss Sage.
Blessings and love,
Susan

And the rejuvenation and recycling of that spring water is the measure of the spring itself, and one which will never dry up because the depth of the spring and the command of the words are married forever and eternally . . . Gotta fucking love it . . .

My mind wanders...peanut butter.
It is always a good feeling- I read your words- and time passes that I can't account for.
Hope it was good.

Yours is a candle that not only burns but glows in many dark nights and spaces.
