the fawn
in the summer
clover alfalfa field,
dealing with nursing
issues,

the doe
in the fall
scarecrow wheatfield,
dealing with mating issues,

flanders, the
nether lands,
different customs, I drink ale,
blood of John Barleycorn,
symbolizing grain,

shire, mythical
locality for where
the faire is set, her
codpiece below, pigeon
egg above, earth-vexing
flax wench and me, "Carbon
Condition!" a good way the she
rennie yells "Fire!" in public,

hawkers call
out to her and I,
the flemish painter,
camera takes our picture,
the pets, those who come
weekend after weekend, the
paying customers in costumes
not as good as ours, her codpiece,
my rutsack, voyeur and exhibitionist,
Pussy filled with feeldoe phallic device,
stowed in the rutsack, ASSERTION imitating
nature's arrival of "Carbon Condition!"

Your writing is so skilled, it's impressive. You have a sort of magic in your words, as if you live in another land, all of your own making.

Sometimes Sage, I just cannot believe your extensive vocabulary!!! This my dear, is one of your very best. I love the last stanza, it really rocks deeply within.
The photo: Priceless...:)
Much peace, love, and light,

Sage,
It's your ability to take an idea, a particular notion, often simple and direct, and through your cerebral fertility stretch, examine, explore and make it astounding. Your range of thought and expression here embracing diverse and yet linked customs and cultures are of the highest.

I think I was involved with this particular time in history, Sage. It was back in the sixties. I am positive I was there, standing in line, waiting my turn . . .

Elements of woman…
Doe’s in season
Melding into “Carbon Condition”
Intimate & sensual defining their woods
Grazing in harvested corn fields
Provocative travelers
Inhaling musk scents of pine wood spice
Where bucks rut…and velvet lifts from rough branches
The Call of the Wild

...that photo! lol
