the churning
rope of immortality,
leading my kinswomen
as enlightened beings,
the Fire Snake of Nag
Panchami,

engrossed in
meditation, Hindu
Scriptures, my way,
instead of snakes
falling into the fire,
they are the fire, the
intervention of the wise
sage, author of Evil Seed,
reclining on Shesha Nag,
relaxing between the time
of dissolution of one Universe and
creation of another, reminded of one
who shrunk her body and hid in the apple,
and just as evil was about to eat the apple,
she sprang out transforming back into her
original shape and bit the demon,

the cosmic snake, 
Stewards of Spirit,
Secret Obsession,
awakenings within
Evolution of Soul
on this lunar Night
of the Foal, kundalini
coiling, the base of
the spine a great
reservoir of creative
energy awakening in
seekers, Yogi philosophy
of ancient India,

counterpoise of
creation and destruction,
there is something that I am
not aware of and has yet not
surfaced, in hopes that it will
unfold in the course of time.
