Creaking church floorboards. Secrets in tune with the clock. Church's message is being overrun with the droppings of realism. Religion by any other name. Foot washers.

To follow waht Regis said, you ALWAYS create moods that are palpable, that is your gift. I like the spareness of this one, though, it makes the imagery really pop.

walking on those floorboards
I stop at one special one...
the loudest one
& I step on it (swaying my hips a tad)
over & over & over again
watching to see who feels it...
I need a deeper sermon in privacy...
