Jesus: The Falcoholic
 A literary, biblical fable ©§® by Sage Sweetwater

Jesus the
falcoholic took
a hearty drink
from the Heraldry
tankard, sable, a falcon
hovering with bells attached
by the jess, the hard substance
within jingling a heavenly sound,
Jesus whistled and cheered,

Jesus stated
that observing
the noble falcon
was grand to cleanse
the mind of all things,
reading Scripture aloud
from a book of devotions
to accustom the falcon to
human voice, saying the falcons
knew more of the Scripture than of
the peasants,

Jesus warned of
false heraldry, faux,
crosses and escutcheon,
offending against rules, he
wore Fanon, ecclesiastical border
on this robe cuffs, castigating false
teachers, Jesus used falcons to clear
anything that blocked evolution,

blacksmith forged
bells, fetterlocks and
shacklebolts, fifes played
under the fig and filbert, Jesus'
flower the narcissus, he loved himself
in the mirror, addicted to falconry, Jesus
the falcoholic took a hearty drink from the
Heraldry tankard.
