The Rape of O

it was
in the times
of Marilyn Chambers
when porno films had
that grainy texture of sinful
magic when Linda Lovelace
deep-throated John Holmes
when religion's stud puppetmaster
ejaculated semen's scripture in a rape
forecast as the new millennium's scandal
to leave a trail of a serial cock to preach
against gay's weak underpinnings, blasting
it as not a suppporting structure of functional
society, he f***ed it deemable in the name of
heterosexuality, yes he did,

Starsky and Hutch
speeded to the crime
to lift sperm samples of
the absent perpetrator tracing
the serial cock to the church,
the priest when interviewed that
it was one of their own lit a candle
and prayed that the woman be blessed
and the one of their own be released to the
media when he surfaced,

years went by
Viet Nam casualties
Apocalypse Now and
the Rolling Stones, Chambers,
Holmes and Lovelace died and the
rape of O was written down in a letter
and placed inside the bible somewhere,
religion's stud puppetmaster can smile today
knowing he left a filthy stain on many lives. Amen.

To quote an oft used Dickens(I think) phrase..."it was the best of times, it was the worst of times". A generataion made so many changes but sadly some things never change and the cover ups of criminals behind crosses still goes on.

there are so many screwed up personalities
out there, funny how they say rape is about power
and not sexual...but the perp gets a nut off...
behind the robe
truths are secrets forever revealing theirselves...
it about happened to me twice as a grown woman
and wow...after the math of it all
I thought to myself---where the hello did all that
kick ass protect myself come from-it was as if someone
came inside my body & took over for me.

Graphic and a sad statement to years with which I am very familiar; thank you, Sage. Love and peace to you,
