Hovercraft
skimming across
layers of air, I goose
the throttle and the carburetor
sucks down ethereal non-pollutant
fuel mixed with intoxicating pheromones
bound for the women's association working
the union of road grader, ascension's typecast
hardhat buffed in protective buffer keeping me from
being peppered by meteorites and law enforcement
dykes,
I bounce
around a few
radio waves in
the air that accomplishes
all of this, I like the weather
up here in the troposphere,
but up higher in stratosphere
is where I am destined where
the ultraviolet light warms my indigo,
I put the hovercraft in real time and climb
higher to mesophere, it's where the meteors
totally burn up, I like to see fire, the moon pock
marked with scars and craters,
satellites orbiting
in ionsphere, the electrical
displays here create the auroras,
beautiful inspiration, the solar wind
that bursts my soul into manes and tails
create my western pulp fiction in exosphere
where it merges with interplanetary space where
the big silver screen is showing my films, I'm back
where I belong amongst the stars.
