As the rain came down in Naples Beach,

under a beach umbrella we happily sat,

Then it really started to pour.

Some folks ran for cover and some held on to their hats.

Others waited and watched from the shore.

Then the dark clouds rolled in.

The ocean waves loudly clashed.

Many folks quickly gathered together.

While the seagulls flew up and dashed.

The fisherman grabbed poles and waded in the water,

some seemed determined to get the big catch of the day.

In time, some caught fish and others waited for more.

While pelicans dove in a frenzy from every which way.

We just stood still, watched on and listened to the oceans roar.

We felt the peace and serenity of God for many hours.

 In God’s world, everything is for real.

There is so much beauty to explore, like the birds and the flowers.

So take time to experience the blessings of this earth today.

After all, God made the world for all of us to enjoy.

How can we truly “Thank Him” in better way?
