"Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every Word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God" (Matt. 4:4). When we try to "live by bread alone," we feed the body but starve the soul.

The Bible It’s the only thing that keeps me from going insane these days. We need to read the Word of God and repent from evil ways. The Bible Like the universe, it goes on forever; you are never really done! You can read the same verse once again as if it were a new one! The Bible No book is quite like it; it has stood the test of time. It has made many acquaintances into good friends of mine. The Bible God’s Word is powerful; it makes a murderer as kind as a lamb. With Jesus nothing is impossible; He IS the GREAT I AM! Hi Jude, I help out in prisons and spend many weekends with incarcerated youth (ages 13-19) who robbed, injured and even killed victims. Many of these kids have parents who are drug abusers and some are serving time. There is nothing good about the crime they committed. "You can hate the crime but don't hate the criminal" is one saying I agree with. I have seen hardened hearts who would re-commit in a second turn into the kindest men I know all in the name of Christ. We can say, "lock them up and throw away the key" but how many of us never sinned? Everyone is entitled to a second chance. If you read the Bible it is full of people who were given second chances and came out to be great men and women. David, Saul (Paul) and even most of the apostles were among them. So are we better then them? Amen
