I love to cook Italian food and enjoy making something new. That's why it's hard to keep the pounds off because I love to eat it too!

That’s real Italian!” I really love to cook. I make lots of Italian food But never use a book! “Bring out the vino!” Some pasta with the wine. How about Italian bread? With antipasto, we’ll do just fine! “Make extra gravy!” Spaghetti sauce on the side Lots of spicy meatballs! Now let’s go enjoy inside! © 2017, John Michael Domino

I love Italian food! My Vietnamese partner makes a mean spaghetti sauce. But I must be careful not to partake of too much. Like you wrote, it's easy to add on pounds if you're not careful.
