Twelve months had passed
so...you got a all new year
just in front of your face and
you send bang!!! the old beggar
as you wonder what the heck
happened to yesterday, let not
talk about a whole year...
Old men forget and don't remember
things that are far or near,
wishing with a dying December
to recollect if thay have something dear,
left as they are, to rumage around
among the fallen leaves of theirs,
by now, a very old calendar...
Covered wrinkles with white snow,
trembling hands, no enemies...no fear,
just a confused grandpa you have
pictured in your head,
and old man looking around for,
all those lost yesterdays without
remembering its smiles or its tears...
If you see a old man kind of lost
looking for a little of tomorrow...
be kind,
wish him a Happy New Year

Yes, this is what we should do whenever we see one, I saw a old man panhandler the other day:
I asked him if he needs a jacket,
he said no, he just need money for groceries.
He had only a thick old flannel work shirt on,
but I think what he meant was that he needed both,
but in choosing for survival
he would rather have the money
to buy groceries.
This was sad!!!!!
