When you walk in the rush hour streets like another drop of water carried by a turbulent river, you will see many faces going by, flashes of neutral facial expressions, a smile or two and the ever present mobilphone glued to many ears.
Nobody can see it, but everyone of them have a inner child, some, mostly, a happy one, but few have the one asking questions...
Mom? will you give a hug?
I am feeling so cold...
why you are looking at me
like I was someone unknown?
Mom? will you give me a kiss?
it as been so long ago...
that if it was me, who then you
were kissing, I must be very old.
Mom? will you please say to me?
that in the day I was born...
your sublime heart got filled
with so much motherly love?
Mom? will you close the window?
so it keeps away the sun...
with me in the shadows you wouldn't
see me and be reminded you had a son?
Mom? just for one las time, a hug?
I am feeling so cold...
