This New Year
I resolve...
to let old error
die with December,
and all those dead
days lie in the past,
forgotten--to
forget every fear,
the skeleton of
failure subdue...
This year, I will
march through the
ruins, head held
high, keeping
mind and eye on
today. I may weigh
tomorrow--but
never again bow to
the sorrow of what
might have been.
Beautiful write. If I may I do have one piece of advice. Do dwell on the past but always keep in mind lessons learned which may make for a better future.
God Bless,
Lew
