After tossing and turning
For what must have been hours
I find myself laying in the Bahamas
Under a hot blazing sun
With a tropical drink my hand
And with you nibbling something
Fierce on me hungry body
Gazing up to the blue sky
I don’t wonder
I just chill and let the fierce rays of your
bold lovetaste fill me until I’m like
Stella getting her groove back…
Reggae music flowing through the air is the
Soul addiction that keeps us eating
Of the love fruits we feast upon
As we continue to surprise each other
While white doves fly innocently by
Yes, I can’t wait to taste of the island
Love you will bring to me.
Warm Thoughts on a Cold
Spring Day
I’m Cold.
Yet, in my heart I’m warm as a sunny ray.
Is it you on my mind again?
Creeping into the middle of my dark day.
Keeping me up when I want to sleep.
Take off this cold feeling.
Fill my soul with your beauty again.
Driving away from me, the spring day
That seems dull and dark.
I’m warm.
So hot to the touch.
Remembering the way you kissed me last night
Just got me through this drama-filled day.
I position my braided head on my desk, and remember your
full lips that tasted like a little dry E & J with
just a dab of Coca Cola I reminsce.
It’s alright, cause on your lips it is so potion and
I cannot stop the memories from flooding my mind.
I wonder what you are doing.
Missing me like I’m missing you?
Are you blue?
It doesn’t matter, cause in a few short
hours you can come and lay near me
doing nothing deliciously.
Wonderful write, Pamela! Some day-dreams ... mmmh ... a sizzler! Hope it wasn't at work. Such dreams can make one kick the oc off the desk. Lol! love it!!
