Has our love fallen to demise? And can you truly feign surprise? You claim that silence is your fear. Yet the words I offer, you don't hear. Perspective skewed beyond fair reason. Fall announces another season. The silenced journal, long and lasting This heart now forced toward Winter fasting. Your defensive walls to thick to breech. Your guarded heart beyond my reach. My love is true but I court your doubt. Thus my intentions have no clout. If heart's can't steer a new direction, You're left with loss, for introspection.
