House Arrest

Intervals between power and greed Grow shorter everyday Nothing new is history Nothing lasts today Enemy hating friend War has seen to that Topsy-turvy government Spend lives... Hell-bent on death Citizens are suspect too Red scare coming back Bluecoat gone confederate Back across 'dem tracks! Religious cats, And their sacrilege, Separate church and FAITH Bloodshed by murderers In our empire state Families, D-i-s-i-n-t-e-g-r-a-t-e Morals all but gone Father irresponsible, That one... Hitting home ~
