“Memory”
The dusty wastes of my memory,
Stretching through eternity,
Farther than the eye can see,
Every eye, including me.
“As Glass”
When I show you, how much your opinion means to me
You realize, just how cruel you can be
You turn, and invite me in at last
But the damage is done; I’m already as broken glass
Shattered by the years of spiteful laughs.
“Clay”
I am the son of all
Every person who has met me
Has shaped a part of me
I am as clay, shaped by all
My environment has molded me
Made me to suit its whims
Looking on the outside,
You would never be able to tell me apart
Looking on the inside,
You would ignore how twisted life’s truths have made me
I will always be me
But the me I am is same to the world that shaped me.
“Only For You”
My heart is longing
-only for you
My soul is aching
-only for you
My mind is screaming
-only for you
I am dying
-only for you
-only for you
