Is it insane at my age to love
the way I do
to feel totally, unconditionally
devoted to you
Is it insane while my hair turns white
to feel like dancing naked in the woods
and afterwards make love to you
all night
Is it insane that Winter feels like Summer
and Autumn feels like Spring
that watching your smile on my desktop
gives me the kick of a benji-jump
If all that is insane then I thank all
the gods in heaven for this insanity.
