... I know I keep saying it, but: "Ah! But a man's reach exceed his grasp or what's a heaven for?" Wonderful stuff! To not dream is to not fully be alive, I think... and the whole of life is about the tension between peace and struggle. We strive for the end, the goal, the dream, but sometimes fail to realise that the best bit is the journey, rather than the destination. Even if the dream seems to be an impossible one, the victories that will be achieved in pursuit of it makes the whole thing worthwhile. To fail is not to start out in the first place. And failures are just stepping stones on the way to success, I think. We live, we learn, we grow. Never stop dreaming, Ronald. You have greatly inspired me with this "impossible" write! Thank you. No way. It is a excellent combination of poetic and wise write.

The impossible dream? Is that the one that does not come true? Or the one we are afraid of dreaming as it does not fit into our little world.

I really love this write Ron, every good thing anyone has accomplished has started with a dream, often an impossible one. Flawless rhyme and flow as always.

Very true. Wish I can look back on my life and say I did that. And it doesn't have to be "as poetic" as the classical song, it's unique because it's your work. :)

Your a a b a rhyme scheme is wonderful, Ronald... For a 'cautionary' piece, there is a lovely playful thread woven through it... a worthy read, a powerful message. (I would lose the preface.. this stands up and matters on its own). katy xox.
