It’s In Your Hands Courtesy Beth Elkassih at MadeYouSmileBack.com Serendipity Life is not determined and the future is unknown. We should not fear what is coming but let our mind roam. For everyone experiences both ups and downs. But most of us have many more smiles than frowns. Be open and accept what life has to offer. Believe not those who have answers in a coffer. Explore the possible and be willing to change. For in every life there is freedom to range. When serendipitous opportunity comes along, don't shirk it off thinking only of assumed wrong. Excellent piece of writing, Ron. An optimistic view really enhances the positive aspects in life and reduces the sting of expectations that we do not always encounter. By the way, thank you for the great review on my last work "She Colors my Soul" i made an update on that to reflect my fiancees name as you suggested as it took me 2 days to get around to asking her to let me post her name on her pic and she was excited to allow me to post it on her poem.

Yes, what is coming and what is not coming continues to cause many to sink into depressed feelings. As you've suggested, "Be open and accept what life has to offer." This piece is in sync with my "Regret Not." It's worth rereading once in a while to stay alert and present-worthy.

Love it, Ron! Both hopeful and lyrical at the same time:) My summer has been packed with home improvement jobs, including painting the porch, which, in the heat, felt like time in purgatory. I knew it wasn't hell since the paint can was only so big and the porch only so long. There is "freedom to range" and brighten our world and our homes. Thanks for sharing.
