Keenly I listen and struggle to let wisdom in,

Atonement has been private and personal,

Restitution for past mistakes an ongoing journey,

Eventual peace will be forthcoming,

Nigh unto fifty-two years spent thus far on our beloved Earth.

Vibrantly living each and every moment,

Above board, and vigilant to finding truth, a

Nurturer of others, a product of a simple life, running in fields

Dappled with daisies and dandelions, Always a bit too

Emotional, I cry at the simplest of things,

Reluctant to have discord, I remain the peacekeeper, often

Lonely, spending much time with books, pen and paper,

And absorbed in sorting through thoughts and ideas, looking to

Absolve and amend any wrongdoing, to make my short life matter, a

Nurturer and lover of life and living.
