Help them Lord to understand,
The problems of the world,
Take them to your bosom,
With your arms unfurled.
With their eyes wide open,
Guide them to the light,
Listen to their prayer Lord,
help them do what's right.
help them to feel love inside,
when someone does them wrong,
help them to find peace inside,
help them to be strong.
help them Lord, and save their souls,
from the evil that's all around,
give them strength to face their fears,
with their feet flat on the ground.
send down your guiding angels,
too kiss their tears away,
and let them know that you are there,
when they go too pray.
all these things we ask of you,
we ask through love and prayer,
help them now sweet Jesus,
