But you were always slow

Loneliness just drove me to the wall

One act of recklessness

If I could correct them

But I was blinded by the darkest side of life

I was oblivious

I couldn't even find a word to say

The point of no return

I guess pride won the day

Did it end up this way

We never tried to work out why

Drowning in lonely tears

This loneliness
