A please to lawyers to understand that new laws have to be registered for the buying or selling of genetic material

The genetic law,
has to be rethought

Human beings are being bought
And sold
Mind and sinew.
Body and soul.
The human genetic code
is being used to create new life forms

A register has to be kept by scientists.
The sources of all genetic codes,
sold or gained by other means, made known.
By your efforts. You, yes you, must demand
in fact, command
that human genetic material be registered.

When for instance a sperm donor
has no relationship with the growing embryo,
or the female providing the ovum
has no relationship with her new life,
the full term child, or the growing embryo, might,
with your help, obtain rights that will give them life and dignity.

I have heard many AID children cry
And weep, and rage and explode
Because they know not their genetic forebears,
Or have been told lies, and then imploded
when told they were no relation.
Told during a family fight – no genetic right to family history.

But before we get to the child
what about the right of the genetic material
of the male and
the female
The Right of the Species
so to say

about their desperation for an invitro child.
What causes them to open up their bodies,
expose their genes to others to take, and shape a child?
And they answered unexpectedly, gay.

WHO OWNS the genetic material
of man, of woman?
Them alone?
Them together?
Their family?
Their community?
Their country?

Is it the ownership that can be
bought or sold
or is it the kind of ownership that
has to be put into a different category?

Have you to make new law
demanding genetic registers
with new names for issues, core,
like THE RIGHT OF THE SPECIES
The Species of humankind,
Homo Sapiens
That over rides
the man, the woman, the family and the
local community
( and even the doctors!)
