CAROL'S PRAISES

"Alleluia!  Praise Jesus!"   Her soft-spoken phrases
were sweetly expressed every hour,
as she patiently waited, rejoicing in Him,
upheld by His grace and His power.

Oh, that we might attain to that peaceful plateau
of surrender to Jesus, our King;
to trust Him so fully, to give Him all cares
and, like Carol, abide 'neath His sheltering wing.

Now she's singing anew as she worships her Lord.
Her notes of pure love soar the heavenly heights;
In rapturous wonder, her hope is fulfilled;
"Alleluia!  Praise Jesus!" -- He's her Joy and Delight!

Carol, it was a joy to visit with you during your illness.  You've been a humble servant and constant encouragement to others.
