In the end what moves us What we become part of, what is I That is our legacy We must strive not for perfection But an impression left On how we live life daily How we treat those we encounter That we live without regrets True to what we know is right An extraordinary life Is not finding noteriety or power But finding how to live In goodness as we see it Giving truth as we are able In giving sincerity without fear © 2007 C.Nichols

This poem represents the true meaning of living your life to the fulliest and having a sense of humanity in your heart.Life is like a book and the only authors that is going to write our legacies is us.I love reading this poem.take care of yourself

Living an honest life, believing in yourself and what you are doing. Giving to other, not seeing what you can get. Nice.

"Giving sincerity without fear" sums it all up perfectly. There is much fear in giving or hearing truth. I think your poem is noble and I hope that for humanity's sake, it comes true. Nice to see you post again.
