Walking along the trails...
Choosing this adventure all alone,
but never letting you leave my mind
You are here!
Each step reaches out across
  unknown places
that never once touched my soul,
until now,
I feel your presence...
You are here within my stride
discovering the world that reaches out to us,
feeling the warmth of your true light

I glisten in these rays!
 Focused on our love,
A love, never once have I doubted
Trekking over all
unknown territories of my dreams,
I smile back!
Never questioning
the fears, the anxieties . . . the rugged terrain . . .
They are destined to be overcome!
 The excitement allows me to put
one foot in front of the other,
 keeping you always,
next to me...

We accomplish the jagged rocks with respect,
The unwanted burrs and pestilence
with penance.
Looking back,
only to cast light on our endeavors,
Wipe our brow with a smirk and a smile
We did it!
We become more familiar every step of the way,
and I look on,
looking forward,
awaiting the hidden challenges.
over and across
the other side of every mountain!

There are new gifts waiting here to be opened
with precision, grace and nobility
The trees kiss me goodnight
as I inhale their redolence.
Its you!
Shedding your canopy of love
I feel safe now...
The darkness reveals nothing
and within my peace it quickly passes

Waking, the morning dew sweetens my loneliness
The day goes on and on
Exerting...
Sweat drips down my face.
Slowly nearing to my heart
It allows me to feel so satisfied with myself
and with you,
Walking along the Trails...
