The thoughts are spinning 'Round my head A novel takes a Lot out of ya, she said A lot out of ya, indeed A lot out of ya, it's our creed A lot out of ya, to succeed And when we're done We all bleed The blood of passion The blood of release The blood of inventing Something creative to please The muse of our making The words we need to share And then we start all over On another one, if we dare
