T'was God's love right from the start
When Allen saw those blue eyes
He knew what was in his heart. Not like sisters and brothers
Some are made for each other
To ramble through the woods
To camp under the moon and stars
Or in cabins in State Parks.
Praying together: staying together
Until the bitter sting of death
They Do Part
Those memories will never fade
Each morning he wakes up
To another days journey
Whereever he ventures too
God will lead him there
If not to the tree carved Allen & Leah
To complete the journeys travel plans
from yesteryears. Pick up the staff
and continue to march. God has
sent His Angels to guide your hands.

A great poem to your friend about getting on with his life, and that he is not alone.
