Being grateful.

Each trembling leaf

Each bruised knee

All blue skies

And knarled trees

 

Take your chances

Don’t fall down

Go for a walk

All over town.

 

And when you fall

And nothing breaks

Be grateful for all

For Heaven sakes.

We also skin our knees from time to time. We must not worry about that and continue walking until we can't anymore. Otherwise, what's a life for?
