winter fun
The Days of Snow Angels We played crack the whip On ice skates And crouched low. I could shoot the duck balanced on one skate. We skied up north Swishing around dog legs Dodging trees and other skiers. And we tobogganed down country hills Breathless in the wild wind. Winter blessed us with snow and ice We skimmed over on Figure skates, skis, toboggans In the days of snow angels.
