this is just a fun poem i wrote because we all need a break from reality now and then.

imagination is a funny thing

you never know what it might bring

if your mind stays really clear

it can lead you anywhere

like a forest where you'll see

a world of fun and mystery

rainbows always light the way

as unicorns frolic and play

a sparkle always shines upon

gold being watched by leprachauns

there is a glimpse of romance

as wizards ask fairies to dance

dragons start a nice warm fire

as the time nears to retire

into our soft and cozy beds

while these images inside our heads

remain until the next time we

need to escape from our reality

and forest fun we'll always find

if we lock it safe inside our minds
