Joyce, this poem was magnificent. A selfs spirit inside, full of secrets. Someday, the door will close after setting the spirit free.
I loved this one.
You know, Joyce, I've learned that there is no other way to be except myself. I tried to awhile to fit others perceptions, but I had a lot more peace of mind when I learned to trust my own soul. That made me free, no matter what life threw at me. I also had a lot more fun too! (smile)
I very much enjoyed this piece. Thank you for sharing it.
Joyce, I had to respond to this one. Time is a great healer of all wounds, and there is someone to whom you can turn for comfort. I have a feeling you have already done so...and you are beginning to let that lovely smile out again. Sorry for the pain you suffered; couldn't have been easy then. Thing is, there is a brighter tomorrow waiting for you. When one door closes, God always opens up a window. Great is His love and concern for us...but we must call on Him. I sense you're already on your way to wholeness.
I like the hopeful ending to this poem. You express a desire for greater things and that seems very good. Thank you for sharing this offering, Joyce. Love and peace,
Welcome!
The poems in this beautifully bound book are a result of over twenty years of observations. Observations of the world around us and on the telecommunications network. All of the hate, love, heroism, disasters, and those who help.
