Awoke a word
today
among the many thoughts
my poor little head.

Why should I be afraid
of my own voice?
Why should I be angry
with my own shadow?

I now will for certain
open the door of my soul.
May the air flow in and out
and my body feel the lightness.

It's very therapeutic to "air out" the soul, Roshan. I agree with your sentiments. Thank you. Love and peace to you,

Regis
