Salty Air......

Inhale the salty air to taste,
no time to loose, no time to waste.
Exhale your burdens, cares and fears,
no more worries, no more tears.

Hear the waves coming in to shore
slow, gently they creep evermore.
Peaceful, carefree not a soul around,
a time to reflect, a time to sit down.

The waves glide and ripple
as they meet to kiss the sand.
In such a rhythmic motion
see the ocean hug the land.

Each grain of sand so minutelly tiny,
it sparkles from the sun being so shiny.
Walk along the sand in bare feet,
always take your time, what a treat.

The gentle breeze the swaying trees,
the memories bring me to my knees.
Bring the blanket, umbrella, chair,
sit down, relax, a time for prayer.
