The instrusion of evil and its suffocating impact on each of us.
Deep in the ruffage of an overstuffed wood
In the buds of an evening thick with blood
I felt the rush of lust in a flood
As the beast came creeping to take me
He had savaged a herd of lambs in the clearing
And now he faced me foaming and sneering
And so I ran and I lost my bearing
Surrender to what he would make me
Dared I twist within his clutch
As he dragged me screaming into his hutch
And did I wish to resist so much
Then I felt my will forsake me.
Into me he came a-thrusting
Sperm and spit my face encrusting
Pounding, slamming hymen-busting
Then I begged him take me
Soon I lay on the forest floor
Altered, defiled forever more
The beast a shadow, and I his whore
It was done, now the sun would bake me
There I stayed a day or so
Bleeding and roasting and toasting my beau
And wishing him back, I set out to go
He did not return to mate me
I was not the same as when I’d left
Some change in me, some sexual theft
Some presence in me, some morbid gift
And I looked in the glass to rate me
What I was once had suddenly ceased
And all my honor was thus released
As in the mirror I saw the beast
And he would never escape me
