Onanism as a poetical form? sorry couldn't resist LOl. Trust me to lower the tone...This has a deep saddness held within, excellent piece Eileen. Love the Escher.

He cannot live the dream because his ego overrides his id! Therefore, he cannot make an objective appraisal of the situation in a non-prejudicial manner. Nice wanka, Eileen!

I tend to agree with Don's review below Eileen, he always seems to have the most astute comment !
Perhaps the dream is the subject's life, and the electrifying Escher picture adds to the enigma and paradox of the object of your intentions!

Have no idea what/who you are referring to, (should I?) but the reality is that those of us who are cloistered within ourselves are doomed to a life of misery. Speaking from experience here, hope I have finally lived long enough to not be that way, but sometimes I wonder. Good.

I love this. This is what we call "An Artist Spirit". Artist always live in dreams. It is dreams who inspire the artist to excel on their work.

Success is an abstract word of contentment. An artist who succeeds in obtaining inspirations from his own dreams to do his work is a true successful artist, and general lives in contentment. They are most happy whenever they work. When an artwork is done, the goal is reached.
