Sometimes we have to let it all hang out Even if it means taking a hit from family Even if it means losing some friends Even if it means splitting with a lover Even if it means you may discover that who you thought were your friends really aren't sometimes we have to say it like it is even if it means we have to hurt somone
Because to live without honesty is to live a sham and when you do that it catches you up in that old web of remorse for having gotten in so deep you can't find a way out of the abyss you put yourself in so the guilt grows and gets buried til you can't win
Then you find yourself making up stories to cover lies that were small and could have been dealt with easily, but you wanted to save face and now your in the race of creating a whole nother you that even you don't know Sometimes we have to say it like it is or wind up eating crow.
Yep! I had to get a divorce to find out that my best friends were covering up what they knew about me exe jackass....to keep from hurting me. Well...it hurt three times as much. Honesty is so much better. I like the wisdom in this pen Eileen.

Although often very difficult to do, probably words to live by, Tiger Lily. Crow never tastes very good, and the aftertaste, is even worse.
