Poem Artwork

In the beauty of a moment if you
think of me know that I know it

Our thoughts are tied together
through eternity,for we have loved

In the precious hours of togetherness
we have formed a bond

This is never severed, even if
we are parted for love never dies

We can kill many of the emotions that
accompany love, but not love itself

For the first spark of love is preserved
in a special place that lasts forever

So we have momentoes that can be a
beautiful way to remember if we choose

Or we can allow bitterness to keep from us
all of the beauty of that first moment

If we are wise we will choose to let  our
minds be transformed by the beauty.

"if we are wise we will choose to let our minds be transformed by the beauty" -- truly the philosophical awareness of a sage -- the essence of your poem engages semantics not to be ignored -- peace my friend -- JMW

Eileen this poem was a bond of beauty. Sometimes circumstances destroy a relationship. We choose to go forward though a part of our heart hold a tiny space of moments treasured, never forgotten. This poem portray not only beauty but the beauty of letting the bitterness go. Bravo my friend.

Dear Eileen, It is very nice poem. We understand the beauty of the moment, be it alone or accompanied, as long as we are able to feel it. Love Emile

Eileen this is so truely beautiful. Many relationships end in anger and its sad that we choose to remember the ends instead of the beginnings. Love, Bonnie

love it Eileen, nope you can't destroy love in the moment of bliss, two people might depart but not without a piece of the other persons body, soul and heart, Some people are just too stuborn to admit it, hugs
