Poem Artwork

He loved to watch her watch the sunset
emotions played over her face conveying
her love and passion for life

Her aura of sensuality, was most evident
when she communed with nature, and it
never failed to arouse him

He had never met anyone so closely in
tune with the environment, it gave him
motivation to renew his own perceptions

He realized through her, how a heightened
sense of sensuality could be achieved by
just watching nature unfold

He loved that women were akin to felines
their movements similar,so sensuous when
they stretched and purred

He used to be such a fool, rushing her into
the bed,as soon as he got home from work
with hardly any foreplay

Now one of his greatest pleasures was just
watching her, and she knew it, wisely using
her wiles to totally captivate him

teaching him the art of love-making...

Wham-bang thanks mam! as been the complain starting from Eve under the apple tree being mad seeing the idiotic smile on Adam's face.
The word "foreplay" comes to man's mind as something you expect at the Super Bowl, long caresses, murmurs, whispers, sweet words, skin exploration is for nerds and ninnies, or so they think!
That give a few of us wolfing Casanovas, a season-ticket to the marvelous Tour de Chambres that our lovely ladies breathless expect. LOL

Eileen,
He has learned from her and through her and moved to a higher level of awareness and of soul; I like where you take me with this fine piece and the positive response it elicits from me.

Sunset having emotions is clever.
I think not, that women are like felines masturbating.
No real man likes that.
Poetry is ok. Subject matter, rhyme and meter are not in these words as poem.

She taught him well. The art of seduction is one which takes time. I like Sinatra's song, "Nice and Easy Does It". If a man takes interest in a woman's depths, his own pleasure is ten-fold...I love the first stanzas that delve into a woman's mystery and her attunement with nature. The moon and the tides are so closely linked with us. Fine write, Eileen...

Such a woman is blessed indeed to have won the affection of him who is willing to learn to bend himself towards her and to mould himself around the nature of her essence. Such emotionally in-tune sensitivity, and such a yearning, teachable spirit seems precious and rare to me. The captivation of such a couple would be mutual and complete. A heart-melting write, Eileen. Many struggling married couples might be helped and enlightened by your form of poetic education. Some husbands do not even look at their wives, let alone watch them - except in objective or negative ways, and sadly, in such instances, the words "love-making" may not even apply. Beautifully felt and rendered. Thank you. Kate xx
