Poem Artwork

Mistakes can come in comfort sweet
When you find trust  is oh so fleet
Teaches to never drop your guard
To think of what comes afterward

Each day a lesson must be learned
Take it to heart and do not spurn
For wisdom comes from such as this
To greet each day with a new kiss

The seasons always come and go
So too must knowledge for to grow
Keep what is best to lift the mind
Not what can hurt, leave it behind

Though you may not forget the pain
with confidence new hope you'll gain
For wisdom comes from such as this
To greet each day with a new kiss

Our lives become so intertwined
Yet not always of the same mind
Some hearts hold more than others do
Thought must adapt to what is true

No blame for this should you accrue
life's wise layers we must pass through
For wisdom comes from such as this
To greet each day with a new kiss

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX :)) today, and every day. Truly, Eileen, this is one of your most carefully constructed and well-articulated bests! What a gift to leave us with! And you have our love and prayers in all of your moments of absence from us ... may they be as few as possible, and as many as necessary to grant your return to full health and sense of well-being. God speed and God bless. xx

So now our sweet Queen of the den, shall rest her tired eyes..Be not afraid for you will be back even brighter and wiser than before...I shall send healing white light energy my dear Eileen, and You shall feel no pain. Do not be afraid because fear doesn't live in your house any longer, just breathe and remain tranquil. You are a very strong woman, and understand that you will get through all of this...
I love you dear ET, now rest please...
Peace, love, and healing angel light,

How do you thank a fresh morning breeze
A vision that overlooks the seas
That takes your breath away
And then returns to stay
Sweet Sweet Eileen, you will be missed
I'll never forget "To greet each day with a NEW KISS"

May your soul find peace
As your pain may cease.
For some. . . . . the best is yet to come.

The wisdom in this poem is to always smile and keep hope alive in our hearts. You will be truly missed as one of the great poets this den has seen. I will remember you in my prayers as I have this morning and hope your health problems will be cured by the power of all our prayers for you. God Bless you always, until you return to us in good health.

Wonderful write, Eileen, but personally, I dread the coming of spring. Spring here in The Alley means storms with the possibility of severe weather/tors (tornadoes); don't do severe weather very well. And then after that is the heat of summer; summers here about KILL me! I would gladly take the winter or fall! :) You take care of yourself; youa are ever in my prayers/thoughts! You will be missed; we'll be waiting for your grand return! Know you are loved, Eileen!

(((HUGS))) and much love, your friend in Tx., Karen Lynn. :D
